Shipping Information
We offer free international shipping on all orders. Each order includes a complimentary gift box, pouch, and information card. Please note that any boxes shown in product images are for display purposes only unless explicitly stated in the product description.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance (where possible). You will receive a tracking number once your item has been dispatched. Delivery to the USA from the UK typically takes 7-14 working days. If you require courier shipping, please contact us for details.
Customs & Import Fees:
Customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Dispatch Time:
Orders are usually shipped the day after payment has cleared.
Refund & Return Policy
We adhere to UK distance selling regulations.
Returns
• Our return policy lasts 14 days. You must notify us of your return within this period, and the item must be returned within 14 days of notification.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
• Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health/personal care items
• Items that are damaged, missing parts (not due to our error), or have been modified/repaired by the buyer are not eligible for return.
• Any faulty item must be reported upon receipt.
Refund Processing:
• Refunds are issued in GBP (Sterling) at the original sale exchange rate.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider (refunds can take time to process).
3. Contact your bank.
4. If the issue persists, email us at ismael@ishyantiques.co.uk.
Non-Refundable Items
• Sale items can only be refunded if misrepresented or damaged.
• Layaway or discounted sales are eligible for store credit only.
• Payment providers no longer refund transaction charges—these will be deducted if a sale is canceled before dispatch.
• We do not offer refunds for currency fluctuations or customs fees.
Exchanges
Most of our items are one-of-a-kind. If an item is defective or damaged, we can offer a refund. If you need to exchange a modern jewelry piece, please email ismael@ishyantiques.co.uk and send your item to:

Gifts
• If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return amount.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
• To return an item, send it to:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• Items must be marked as ‘return’ on the packaging to avoid customs fees. If customs fees are incurred due to incorrect labeling, they will be deducted from the refund.
• If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using tracked shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.

• No returns or refunds due to currency fluctuations or customs fees.
