Shipping:

Free international shipping.

A complimentary gift box, pouch and information card are provided with each order. Unless stated in the description any boxes in product images are for display/prop purposes only and are not included with the item. 

Orders are shipped complimentary via Royal Mail with tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance to all addresses where possible. The tracking number will be sent to you once the item is dispatched. Royal Mail takes 7-14 working days to reach the USA from the UK. 

Please contact us for details if courier shipping is required.

Customs duties, fees and any import taxes may be incurred and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items are normally shipped the day after receiving cleared payment.

We comply with U.K. law regarding distance selling regulations.

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. After notifying us of a return the item must be returned within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Returns will be issued using the sterling gbp rate at the original time of sale.

Some health and personal care items

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
knew an item was faulty when they bought it
damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it

Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless misrepresented or damaged.

Exchanges (if applicable)


Most of our items are unique one off items. If an item is defective or damaged we can offer a refund. If you need to exchange it for the same item (modern jewellery), please send us an email at ismael@ishyantiques.co.uk and send your item to: The Record Hall, 16-16 A Baldwins Gardens London GB EC1N 7RJ.

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

These are antique items and we list any faults with the item in the description.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be marked as 'return' on packaging to avoid customs fees and if customs fees are charged due to an item not being marked as a return, the customs fees will be deducted from the refund balance. 

No returns or refunds due to currency fluctuations or customs fees. 

Any discounted sales or layaway plans can only be returned for store credit. 

Payment providers no longer refund transaction charges when payments are refunded - these charges will be deducted from any refunded amount if a sale is cancelled or item is returned due to changed minds.
