A nice example of a jabot pin.
Made from base metal and faux turquoise this pin is designed to go through fabric to look like it is pierced.
5.6cm in length.
I'm not sure of the age but it is definitely an older piece.
Nice clean condition. The pin doesn't have a tight fit into the sheath and therefore wouldn't hold its own weight up vertically. Possible repair work to back sheath and pin. One faux stone slightly nibbled.
