A beautiful egg shaped Victorian picture locket.
Set with two spherical cuts of glass/crystal this locket opens to allow a picture to be put into the middle.
Please note It is not hollow glass - each sphere is solid like a cabochon so there wouldn't be enough room to make a shake locket.
2.5cm tall and 2cm wide.
Nice condition - possibly low carat gold but listed as gilt metal. Some minor knocks on gold frame. The glass is in nice condition but has some minor nibbles and light scratches. Also minute internal inclusions on one half towards the top.
