A large gold locket pendant dating to the late 19th - early 20th century.
The locket frame is crafted from 9ct gold (worn hallmarks and has been acid tested).
Dimensions: Frame is 5.9cm in length and 4.7cm wide. Including bow and bail the pendant is 7.5cm in length.

The frame works by unscrewing the bail which allows the frame to separate and the glass to be removed.
Condition: Nice clean condition. Light scratches across the glass and minor nibbles to the edges which are covered by the frame and are therefore unseen. Small scratches across gold frame, light pitting in places, the bottom left edge has a dent which isn't too noticeable as it is on the underside and disguised by the lustre of the gold (please see pictures).
