A stunning ancient Egyptian blue glazed scarab dating to the new Kingdom 1550-1070BC. Ex Hubbard collection acquired on the UK art market from 1990. Mounted on a 9ct Gold band.
Scarab is 18mm tall.
Hieroglyphics visible beneath the scarab.
UK size r 1/2. USA ring size 8 7/8.
Great clean condition. The scarab is in incredible condition. It does rattle a little bit but it is secure in the setting. It could be tightened to your preference by any jeweller.
