A stunning ancient Egyptian glazed scarab dating to the new Kingdom 1550-1070BC. Ex Hubbard collection acquired on the UK art market from 1990. Mounted on a 9ct Gold band.
Scarab is 15mm tall.
Hieroglyphics visible beneath the scarab. A man kneeling in front of an obelisk.
UK size r 1/2. USA ring size 8 7/8.
Great clean condition. The scarab is in nice condition. It has a chip on the side but this is only visible from the back of the ring.
