Up for grabs is this incredible Victorian Garnet ring. Big and chunky - this is a statement piece. The ring gently curves to hug the wearers finger.
Set with a domed garnet and surrounded by a halo of garnets. Silver top on 9ct gold band (tested not hallmarked).
Panel is approx 2.7cm x 2.5.

The garnet has a beautiful rich colour and is over 10carats in size.
Sadly the ring was dropped in the past and the garnet is cracked and chipped. Central crack and chip at top of stone. Picture also on Instagram. It is still secure in the mount but is split and damaged. This listing is primarily for the mount but the garnet is still large enough to recut or keep as a perfectly imperfect ring. The band is likely a newer addition compared to the age of the top panel of the ring.
