A maple leaf brooch by Cartier, set with ten sparkling diamonds. Dating back to around 1940, this piece would have been retailed by Cartier in North America. Crafted from 14ct gold, the brooch features a double clip on the reverse. The finely bezel-set diamonds blend seamlessly into the gold. The brooch is signed Cartier and includes an inventory number. Similar designs of this Maple leaf exist and were likely manufactured for Cartier who then retailed them.
