The band is set with Rose Cut diamonds and has milgrain detail. Circa 1920.

Nice clean condition. Please see photos. Light age related wear to some stones - please note that rose cut diamond are irregular due to the way they are cut. A couple of stones are set slightly lower than others due to the differing depths of the Rose cuts.
