7 bright blue turquoise stones in an 18ct gold mount.
Tests as 18ct gold.

The band has repousse work on the exterior of the whole band.
Lovely clean condition - the centre stone has possibly been replaced as the collet around it has slightly receded. The stones are well matched and secure.
