A sweet 15ct gold enamelled locket circa 1890-1900.
Both sides of the locket are decorated with an unusual enamel spotted pattern. The combination of the blue enamel against the gold creates a striking and unique design.
The locket opens from the top down rather than sideways.
Unmarked but tested as 15ct gold.

Nice clean condition. There is a glass locket inside which is intact however it is slightly loose so once an image or memento is placed inside we would suggest a jeweller seals it. We can seal the locket before shipping if preferred. There is scuffing and scratches across the surface of the enamel but no chips or losses of note.
