A sweet 18ct Gold yellow and white gold horseshoe brooch. The brooch is set with pearls and rubies. 

Tested as 18ct gold.

Lovely clean condition. Pearls and rubies have not been tested for natural origin. No chips to stones. Some light age related marks to gold.
